Directions
Tear open and squeeze the gel into your mouth in stages.
Use the Fuel & Hydration Planner (or the Quick Carb Calculator™ in a pinch) to understand how much fuel you need to perform at your best and see if caffeine is the right strategy for you.
Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of young children.
This product is a food supplement & should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
