SIZING

  1. I am not sure what size to order, what would you recommend?

The full size information guide is available in every product listing under the description and characteristics of the product. If you're still not too sure which size will be the best fit, please contact us via email at info@ventuswear.com or by private message on social media, providing us your measurements (height, weight and waist size) and the product you're interested in and we can give you a recommendation.

      2. What is the sizing system used in your eshop?

The sizing system used and mentioned in Ventus Performance Wear website is based on the European standards. However, the size mentioned on the collection may signify the system used in Asia.

DELIVERY

  1. What delivery options do I have?

We offer FREE home delivery option for orders in Cyprus for limited time. Otherwise, there is an additional cost of €5. Free shipping in Cyprus all the time is available for every purchase more than €100.

We dispatch orders on Monday-Friday, aiming to dispatch within 3-5 days of the order date. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.

You will receive an email to confirm your order and you'll receive a shipping confirmation to let you know it's on the way. We send parcels via a local courier (1-2 day delivery) and you'll get a call via the courier company with a delivery time-slot on the morning of your delivery. You will have the option to designate a safe place to leave it if you are not around.

Please note:

* We currently do not offer a free returns service, nor do we refund your original shipping costs if you return items. Please read our Refund Policy.

** We do not deliver to specific addresses. You will be contacted to provide an alternative delivery address, otherwise we will be unable to fulfil your order.

EU/International Delivery

  1. Do you offer free returns?

At the moment we do not offer a free returns process but we are looking to introduce this in the near future. Please read our Refund Policy.

  1. How do I track my order?

- Cyprus Customer

Please check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking link which will provide you with the most up to date information. Got an issue or something doesn't look right? Feel free to contact us at info@ventuswear.com or via Social Media.

You will also receive text notifications or call on the scheduled day of delivery via the courier company.

- International customer

RETURNS

  1. How do I return an item?

Got an item you’d like to return? Don’t worry – we've set up an easy way of returning your items to us here at Ventus. Please read our Refund Policy.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days to initiate your return from the moment your Ventus order is delivered. All items should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed, unworn and in a re-sellable condition. When returning items to us, please ensure they are well packaged and protected.

  1. What if my order arrives in poor condition or is defective?

From time-to-time, manufacturing faults can and do occur. The User may return any defective product with a factory defect to Ventus Performance Wear free of charge. The User will have a period of 15 days to inform Ventus Performance Wear of their lack of satisfaction with the product starting from when they become aware of the defect, listing the product name along with a photograph of it and a description of the defects encountered. Past the end of this period, Ventus Performance Wear will not assume responsibility for any claimed damages or harm.

ORDER QUERIES

  1. How do I cancel my order?

If you've changed your mind about an order, please get in contact with us as soon as possible at info@ventuswear.com or via Social Media.

If it's not yet been dispatched, we'll be able to prevent the items from being sent. If it's already been dispatched, then you would need to return the items once they reach us and be liable for the return postage costs.

Returns can take up to 3 weeks to be processed from the date that we receive the item(s).

PAYMENT

  1. What payment methods do you offer and is my payment secure?

We offer payments via debit/credit card and PayPal.

All payments made via the Ventus Performance Wear website are encrypted using secure technology and your card details are not retained or visible to Ventus employees.

All orders will be charged at the moment of purchasing - including pre-order items.

  1. Can you send me an invoice?

Yes of course we can!

You'll get a hardcopy packaged with each order, but if you need a copy of this, please do drop us a line at info@ventuswear.com or via Social Media.

 

ACCOUNT

  1. How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, please use the "Forgot your password?" button on the login page and you'll be able to choose a new one and get back into your account. If you see a message that there isn't an account associated with your email address, please contact us and we can check what's going on behind the scenes.
