Ventus Factory Team is a performance cycling project created for riders who see competition as part of a wider journey of progress, discipline and personal development. It combines performance apparel, racing, training, community experiences and rider stories under one platform, with the aim of bringing together cyclists who share the same commitment to improving, competing with purpose and contributing positively to the cycling community.

No. Ventus Factory Team is not a professional racing team in the traditional sense, and participation is not limited to elite or professional athletes. It is a performance-focused cycling collective designed for committed riders who race, train with purpose and want to be part of a community that values progression, character and consistency as much as results.

Applications are open to cyclists who actively train, participate in races or challenging cycling events and identify with the philosophy of the project. We welcome riders from different backgrounds, disciplines and performance levels, because selection is based on much more than speed alone and considers commitment, attitude, consistency, community involvement and the way each rider represents cycling both on and off the bike. No. You do not need a professional contract, national ranking or collection of podium finishes to be considered for the Ventus Factory Team. We are interested in riders who take their cycling seriously, set meaningful goals, work consistently towards them and understand that progress is often measured through much more than a finishing position.

Competition forms an important part of the Ventus Factory Team identity, so applicants should normally participate in races, gran fondos, time trials, triathlons or other competitive cycling events during the season. The level of competition is less important than the commitment behind it, because the team is intended for riders who enjoy testing themselves, setting targets and experiencing cycling with a competitive mindset.

Each application is reviewed individually, with consideration given to the rider's cycling background, training consistency, racing ambitions, personal story, attitude towards the sport and potential contribution to the wider Factory Team community. Social media following and race results may provide additional context, but they are not the main criteria and will never replace genuine commitment, character and alignment with the values of Ventus.

No. Ventus Factory Team is not an influencer programme, and there is no minimum follower requirement for applicants. We value authentic riders who are actively involved in cycling and are willing to share meaningful parts of their journey, whether that happens through social media, local cycling communities, racing, group rides or simply the way they support the people around them.

Yes. The Ventus Factory Team collection is available to cyclists who connect with the project's philosophy, regardless of whether they are part of the official Factory Team roster. The official team represents one part of a much wider community, and the collection was created for anyone who identifies with the idea of training with intent, competing with character and continuing to build through every kilometre.
