Ventoux Training Camp Terms & Conditions
Minimum Participation Requirement
This training camp requires a minimum of 10 confirmed participants to take place.
- If the minimum number is not reached, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event.
- In case of cancellation due to insufficient participation, all paid amounts will be fully refunded.
- No additional compensation will be provided.
Simple math. No group. No camp.
Booking & Payment
- A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation at their discretion.
Cancellation by Participant
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Refunds depend on the timing of cancellation and non-refundable costs already committed (flights, hotel, transport).
- Airline tickets and accommodation may be non-refundable or partially refundable, depending on supplier policies.
- No refunds for late arrival, early departure, or unused services.
Adult decisions. Adult consequences.
Program Changes
The organizer reserves the right to:
- Modify the daily training schedule due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure.
- Adjust routes, distances, or activities when necessary.
- Replace accommodation or services with alternatives of similar standard if required.
The goal is safety and quality, not stubbornness.
Travel & Insurance
- Participants are responsible for holding valid travel insurance, including:

Medical coverage

Cycling-related incidents

A valid passport or ID is required.

The organizer is not responsible for visa requirements, personal documentation, or denied boarding.
If something goes wrong and insurance was skipped, that’s on the rider.
Bikes & Equipment
- Participants are responsible for their own bikes and equipment.
- Bikes must be in safe, roadworthy condition.
- The organizer is not liable for mechanical failures, damage, or loss during transport or rides.
Carbon breaks. Chains snap. Physics doesn’t care.
Health & Fitness
- Participants confirm they are medically fit to engage in endurance cycling and mountain riding.
- Any medical condition must be disclosed prior to the camp.
- The organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant if safety is compromised.
This is Mont Ventoux. Not a spin class.
Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
By registering and participating in this training camp, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- Cycling is an inherently risky activity involving traffic, weather, terrain, fatigue, and physical strain.
- Participation is entirely voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
- The participant assumes full responsibility for any injury, illness, accident, damage, loss, or death that may occur during the camp.
The participant releases and holds harmless:
- The event organizer
- Coaches
- Staff
- Partners
- Suppliers
- Accommodation providers
from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in the camp.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Accidents during rides
- Equipment failure
- Falls or collisions
- Health complications
- Acts of third parties
- Force majeure events
Media Consent
By participating, the participant grants permission for:
- Photography and video recording
- Use of images and footage for promotional and marketing purposes
- Publication across digital and print channels
No royalties. No approvals. Just reality.
Acceptance
By completing the booking, the participant confirms that:
- They have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
- They accept the Liability Waiver
- They agree to comply with instructions and safety guidelines during the camp
