Adult decisions. Adult consequences.

The organizer reserves the right to:

  • Modify the daily training schedule due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure.
  • Adjust routes, distances, or activities when necessary.
  • Replace accommodation or services with alternatives of similar standard if required.

The goal is safety and quality, not stubbornness.

    • Medical coverage

    • Accident coverage

    • Cycling-related incidents

  • A valid passport or ID is required.

  • Bikes must be in safe, roadworthy condition.
  • The organizer is not liable for mechanical failures, damage, or loss during transport or rides.

Carbon breaks. Chains snap. Physics doesn’t care.

  • Any medical condition must be disclosed prior to the camp.
  • The organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant if safety is compromised.

This is Mont Ventoux. Not a spin class.
