Introducing Ventus Factory Team Season 01
We are proud to introduce Ventus Factory Team Season 01, a new long-term performance platform that represents the next chapter in the evolution of Ventus.
This is more than the launch of a new cycling collection, because Ventus Factory Team was created to express a wider vision for performance, competition and cycling culture. It brings together technical apparel, rider representation, training, racing, community participation and authentic stories from the road within one project that will continue to grow season after season.
At its heart, Ventus Factory Team is built around a belief that has shaped our own experience of cycling from the beginning. Riders are not created at the finish line, and they cannot be defined by a single result. They are shaped through the countless kilometres that come before it, the discipline required to train consistently, the confidence to keep testing their limits and the lessons collected through every successful or difficult day on the bike.
This is why the central statement of the project is simple.
Built in the Miles
Every cyclist understands that the final result tells only a small part of the story.
Behind every race, personal best, strong performance or completed challenge, there are early mornings, demanding intervals, difficult climbs, missed targets, tired legs and days when motivation must come from commitment rather than excitement. There are also the moments that make the effort worthwhile, including the satisfaction of reaching a new level, the confidence gained from overcoming a difficult period and the friendships built through shared experiences on the road.
Ventus Factory Team was created to recognise this entire process.
We care about competition and performance, but we also understand that success has a different meaning for every rider. For one cyclist, the goal may be a national title, a podium or a faster time, while for another it may be completing a first race, returning after a setback or reaching a level of performance that once appeared impossible.
What connects these riders is not a specific result or ranking. It is the mindset they bring to the process, the respect they show towards the sport and the decision to keep working towards something meaningful.
More than a collection
The first Ventus Factory Team collection includes two performance jerseys, racing bib shorts and a speedsuit created for riders who want their apparel to reflect the same character they bring to their cycling.
Each piece combines performance-focused construction with a distinctive visual identity developed specifically for the Factory Team project. The collection was designed to perform during demanding training and competition, while also giving the team a strong and instantly recognisable presence on the road.
The graphic symbols appearing throughout the designs are known as the Factory Marks, and they represent the different forces that shape every rider.
They express effort, focus, rhythm, passion, uncertainty and progress, while reflecting the reality that cycling is rarely controlled or predictable. One day, everything feels natural and the body responds exactly as expected, while another day demands patience, resilience and the ability to continue despite disappointment.
These contrasts form part of the sport, and they form part of the Factory Team identity.
The two jersey designs interpret this visual language in different ways. The purple version presents the Factory Marks through a more tonal and controlled aesthetic, while the black and teal version expresses the same ideas with a louder and more energetic character. Together, they create a collection that balances technical performance with a bold creative direction.
A platform for committed cyclists
Ventus Factory Team is not a professional cycling team in the traditional sense, and it was not created only for elite riders.
It is a performance collective for cyclists who train with purpose, compete with character and understand that progress requires consistency. We want to bring together riders from different backgrounds, disciplines and performance levels who share the same serious approach to cycling.
For this reason, the selection of official Factory Team riders will not depend exclusively on race results, social media audiences or follower numbers. We will look at the complete rider.
We want to understand how they approach their training, what they are working towards, how they respond when things do not go according to plan and what they contribute to the cycling community around them. Character, commitment, consistency and respect will carry as much importance as speed.
We are not searching only for the fastest cyclists. We are searching for the right cyclists.
Who can become a Factory Team rider?
The official Ventus Factory Team roster will include riders who actively train and participate in races, gran fondos, time trials, triathlons or other competitive cycling events.
Applicants do not need to hold a professional contract or possess an extensive list of podium finishes, but they should approach their cycling with intent and be prepared to represent the values of the project both on and off the bike.
We are interested in cyclists who set meaningful goals, work consistently towards them and understand that representing a team involves more than wearing its clothing. It also involves supporting other riders, contributing positively to the community and sharing the reality of the journey rather than presenting only the successful moments.
Selected riders will become part of a programme that may include Factory Team apparel, preferential access to Ventus products, early product releases, team activities, content opportunities and involvement in future product testing and development.
As the project grows, we want the Factory Team roster to become an active part of Ventus, providing genuine feedback and helping us create apparel that responds to the realities of training and racing.
Everyone can be part of the wider Factory community
The official team roster will remain selective, but the Ventus Factory Team collection and the wider project are open to cyclists who connect with its philosophy.
You do not need to be selected as an official rider to wear the collection, join Factory Team activities or become part of the community surrounding the project.
Through group rides, training sessions, cycling challenges, race meet-ups and rider stories, we aim to create opportunities for more cyclists to participate and connect with the Factory Team identity.
This distinction is important to us. The official riders will represent the project, but the culture around it belongs to every cyclist who understands what it means to keep building through the miles.
Stories beyond the result
One of the most important parts of Ventus Factory Team will be the stories we tell.
Cycling communication often focuses on victories, rankings and podium photographs, but the most meaningful parts of a rider’s journey frequently happen away from the final result. They can be found in the training block that rebuilt confidence, the race that exposed an important weakness, the return after injury or the quiet satisfaction of completing a difficult target.
Through Factory Stories, rider profiles, race reports and behind-the-scenes content, we will share a more complete and honest view of competitive cycling.
We want to show the preparation before the race, the thoughts at the start line, the decisions made under pressure and the lessons taken home afterwards. We want to celebrate strong performances, but we also want to recognise the experiences that create stronger riders even when the result does not reflect the work behind them.
The beginning of a long-term project
Ventus Factory Team has been created as a permanent part of the Ventus identity rather than a short-term campaign surrounding one apparel launch.
Each Factory Team season will introduce new stories, objectives and creative elements while remaining connected to the central philosophy of the project. As the platform develops, it will expand through community activities, product testing, performance content and carefully selected partnerships that can provide genuine value to the riders involved.
Our ambition is to build something that feels credible, distinctive and useful to the cycling community, while creating a stronger connection between the people who wear Ventus and the values that guide our brand.
This first season is where that journey begins.
Join the Ventus Factory Team
Applications for the official Ventus Factory Team roster will invite riders to share their cycling background, competitive goals, personal journey and the contribution they believe they can make to the team.
We encourage cyclists to apply honestly and present the full story behind their riding, because we are not looking for perfect careers or carefully constructed profiles. We are looking for people who genuinely care about the sport, remain committed to their development and understand the responsibility that comes with representing a team.
